hi,i have purchased it, but within 15 days body has been cracked, i discussed with customer care of pigeon but they are not supporting and demanding 500 rupees to repair it, then what is the meaning of one year warranty??please never select pigeon product.

Believe my words please don’t buy this product you will cry . Within 20 day it surface get crack while cooking and they they will charge for everything. 150 visit charge 300 for part to replace in warranty period

It stopped working after a month. Warranty is of no use as they don’t have any customer care number. You will need to write an email to the. They will then share their local engineer’s number. The engineer will charge you 150 rs for the visit. Have a back up because the whole process will take 3 months.1 month to register a complain.1 month for engineer to visit your place.1 month or a half to get the faulty part replaced.Buy at your own risk.
