Build quality is good. Exactly matches the description. One thing I like the most and purchased this model particularly is the grip that holds the stand to the desk. It is of good quality unlike many cheaper versions of the same stand that you can find if you search for the Mic stand. This one has a full metal grip with good structural integrity. So it doesn’t bend like the other cheaper grips. Good purchase. Highly recommended at a price of 599 Rupees. You pay about 150 extra compared to the cheaper versions but it’s worth it.Update on 18th Feb 2021: Still working fine without issues. I converted it into an Overhead camera arm for youtube videos by adding a 3/8 female to 1/4 male Adapter and a ball adapter. It holds my mobile as well as Sony SLR camera without any slip or shaking. Good.

This is a great budget-priced arm for light condenser and dynamic microphones. I have used it with Shure SM58 and Rode NT1 and it has worked very well with the former (a light dynamic mic For a heavier condenser mic like NT1 I would suggest the Rode PSA1 (https://amzn.to/3bdXikn) as it is designed to be more durable and functions with far less noise over a greater range of motions. There is nothing wrong with this microphone boom arm, though. As long as you leave it undisturbed on the table, little to no noise is transferred in operating a light, dynamic microphone like the SM58 (https://amzn.to/2OwovoN). They are a near-perfect pairing. You can even attach a sturdy Pop filter without creating a downward lag on the upper mic arm. All in all, this is a good budget arm for the price. However, if you are willing to spend more money on the perfect arm such as the PSA1 or the Compass, go right ahead. Their premium value and aesthetics will be a lifelong companion for your microphone, now and well into the future. Many thanks

I have bought this arm to hold a Blue Yeti. The arm is able to hold the weight of the mic well if you tighten it up.To fit the Yeti to the arm you must remove the adapter inside the plastic mic holder that comes in the box and screw it to the bottom of the Yeti. The Yeti will now fit the arm snugly. (See photos attached)The quality of the arm is decent for the price. The length of the arms is sufficient for smaller setups but might be short for larger tables. So make sure to confirm it before buying. See the photo for reference, the table is 2 feet deep.Overall the product is great for anyone looking for a cheap arm with decent build quality.Price bought at: ₹399 (under deal of the day)
