Received a fully damaged Fridge at my home and my original fridge was taken. Technician washed off his hands seeing the damage. The customer care could not resolve my issue and only refund was given. Now I’m left without a functional fridge and a huge space occupied by a useless junk! Amazon is great for small orders. Never making the mistake of ordering any bulky item. Buyer beware – Caveat Emptor!

Pros:1. Ample of Space.2. Good for 6-7 members of the family.3. Beautiful design.4. Good storage space for everything you need in a refrigerator.5. 3-Star energy saving rating.Cons:1. We can remove the ice maker from the freezer but its two thin holders stay connected in the freezer which is not a problem but it will be good if LG can improve here.2. Cooling, super chill, and convertible button controls are inside the fridge. It will be good if LG can move those buttons on the outside of the door.

This was delivered 2 days back only. Ample amount of space. The sliding partitions are also very smooth, the door is heavy as expected. It was unclear from the product description whether it’s a 2020 model; but great to know it is indeed a 2020 build (not sure about model launch year) when delivered.(this review is based on 2 day usage)
