Second time we received OLD version product (MARVEL) packed in new verion (MAJESTIC) packaging.

Just started using this and on opening realised that the Bake Tray was missing. On first use there was a lot of smoke and burning smell from the machine. Have not used it more and trying to get it sorted. Amazon have said to contact the manufacturer as it is still in warranty.Overall looks good

The product is not associated with bake rack as mentioned in the list of equipments and accessories, type of utensil permissible is not mentioned, when and how the five mode of heating recommended and where the food materials to be placed for different mode of operation , are not mentioned in the guide book, please help to assist on these three issues.
